PushRent ("we", "us") is an independent iOS app operated by Cezar Lacatus (individual developer), Romania. You can reach us any time at contact@pushrent.app. PushRent is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Apple or Meta.
PushRent is a screen-time companion app. You choose apps that "charge rent" in push-ups; the app uses Apple's Screen Time framework to show a rent wall over those apps and your camera to count reps on-device. It's a tool you set up for yourself, on your own device, and you stay in control of it at all times.
PushRent Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple through your App Store account, with weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. The exact price is always shown in the app before you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Optional one-time purchases (such as Rent Credit) are also billed by Apple.
Because all payments go through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something's wrong, email us too; we'll always try to make it right.
PushRent is a commitment tool, not a technical guarantee. We don't promise the app will make anything on your phone technically impossible, and we don't guarantee specific fitness or screen-time results — those come from you. Screen Time features depend on Apple's framework and the permissions you grant, and can be changed by you in iOS Settings at any time.
Push-ups are exercise. Use common sense: if you have a medical condition or an injury, check with a professional before starting, and stop if something hurts. PushRent provides no medical advice.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it in any way that violates Apple's App Store terms. The app and its content are ours; your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushRent is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
If we materially change these terms, we'll note it here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
